		<description>Your site is excellent. These cohort studies drive me nuts. This study (from the NEJM!) is a perfect example. Problem is, other clinical researchers now jump on the bandwagon -- seeing an easy chance to publish -- using this NEJM-validated study as a reference and then quickly merge their own data for a buttressing study. In the end, the cascade creates a mythical branch in the treatment algorithm that at best is wasteful. Look forward to reading more.
